Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ojas.design (the “Site”), operated by Ojas Design Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in England and Wales at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using the Site, registering for the Reading Room, or completing the Legitimacy Read, you agree to these terms.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover use of the ojas.design website and portal: the public pages, the Legitimacy Read, and the Reading Room. They do not cover the substance of any paid advisory engagement, governed by a separate signed agreement. They don’t cover ojas.foundry, a separate platform with its own terms.
2. Who can use this site
Intended for business use by organisations and professionals evaluating or engaging our advisory services. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for your organisation if registering on its behalf.
3. Accounts and registration
Completing the Legitimacy Read or joining the register requires email verification. You’re responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact hello@ojas.design immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. The Legitimacy Read
The Legitimacy Read is a self-assessment tool giving a general, illustrative view of where an initiative may face execution, alignment, or legitimacy risk. It is not a substitute for a full Legitimacy Review or other advisory engagement, and shouldn’t be relied on as a complete or definitive assessment. The underlying questions, scoring, and content may be refined over time.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including the SBOS framework, the I2S methodology, the Legitimacy Read, and all associated content, diagrams, and briefings, is owned by Ojas Design Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content may be viewed and used for internal evaluation purposes. It may not be reproduced, redistributed, used commercially, or used to develop a competing product or service, without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: misrepresent your identity or organisation, access accounts or data that aren’t yours, interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or use Site content to build a competing offering.
7. Third-party services
Booking a call uses Calendly, subject to Calendly’s own terms. We’re not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services we link to or rely on, including Calendly and ojasfoundry.com.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content, including the Legitimacy Read and any published briefings or perspectives, are provided for general informational purposes and don’t constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice specific to individual circumstances. Advisory recommendations specific to an organisation are only provided through a formal, contracted engagement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ojas Design Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, including reliance on the Legitimacy Read or published content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
10. International use
The Site is accessible internationally. We make no representation that it, or the services it describes, are appropriate or available in every location. Visitors accessing the Site from outside the UK are responsible for compliance with locally applicable laws.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a visitor’s own jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
